Davis-Standard, LLC, a supplier of extrusion technology, announced that the company has been acquired by its management and an investor group led by Hamilton Robinson LLC, a Connecticut-based private equity firm. The new Davis-Standard "will be more focused than ever on satisfying our customers," a press release stated.
