Managing the mine also requires management of projects that allows to utilise collective knowledge of employees as early as at the stage of designing. Such management contributes to multiplication of pro-effectiveness activities. The article states that creation of a project and its realisation are strictly inter-connected. The project is seldom being accomshed in a linear way. One of the sub-sections presents a practical aspect of projects management.
