Experiences of Jastrzebie Coal Company with regard to assessment method of economic profitability of extracting mining areas

The article presents a method of economic assessment of extracting mining areas consisting in analysing of profitability of extracting those areas.The method is applied in the stages of formation of a concept of the venture, planning of investment purchases, planned modernisation, leasing, renting and hiring, The assessment of investment profitability can be carried out by a static method or a dynamic one.
