A method for calculating the heat resistance of deposited metal

摘要

The mathematical model and method for calculating the heat resistance of deposited metal are described. The method takes into account the effect on this characteristic of residual surfacing stresses and stresses formed during cyclic thermal loading in service of deposited components. It has been confirmed by experiments that the proposed mathematical model can be used to calculate this characteristic with sufficiently high accuracy.
