摘要

The algorithm for welding bimetallic components in the temperature range of superplasticity of R6M5 steel has been developed. The algorithm can be used to control the process of heating in friction welding. The proposed cycle of controlling heating makes it possible to increase the volume of the heating zone and the zone of plastic deformation resulting in a smooth transition from the structure of steel 45 to the structure of the high-speed steel and also in the formation of welded joints of high-quality in comparison with conventional friction welding.
