There is no doubt that Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has set-up a shop near Rotterdam,The Netherlands.Visitors to the Capelle aan den IJssel area cannot miss the large red Eastman sign on top of the company's new regional headquarters facility.The sign is made of Eastman's Kelvx resin,the first such use for outdoor signage in Europe.
