WHEN THE C4 Cactus arrived, I was a little cautious about its prospects. Was this going to be a case of style over substance? Given that it commanded a fairly hefty price, it was going to have to do more than just stand out in the car park. After all, a lot of cars ladle on the style, but when you dig deeper it's not unusual to find them lacking.
