Optimization of drawing lubricants for copper wire

摘要

High requirements for the drawing of copper lead to theoptimization of all process parameters. Special influence thereby has theselection of a drawing fluid. With an adopted composition and an additionalelectrolytic cell the life times of drawing fluids as well as of dies can beincreased resulting in a better productivity.
