Contact-free glue application technology for the production of finger-jointed structural timber

After thorough testing by FMPA Baden-Wurttemberg-Otto-Graf-Institut, Stuttgart, the new contact-free glue application system for finger joints initialed by Swiss PUR specialist Collano has been approved by the "Deutsches Institut fur Bautechnik" (DIBt), Berlin. In connection with Purbond HB adhesives, manufacturers of solid structural timber (SST) and related products now have at their disposal a new, intelligent system solution for contact-free glue application which has already garnered a good response from the timber industry.
