摘要

The control of servo-drives requires the knowledge of the state variables. To obtain high dynamics and accurancies it is necessary to get in addition to the position also the velocity and acceleration. At the same time there is the demand of a low quantization of all state variables. An new interface for incremental encoders is introduced which achieves a distinct better resolution. Highest control quality is guaranteed by the use of an acceleration sensor.
