LAST MONTH we looked at various aspects of fitting different wheels, especially larger diameter and wider rims. Of course, the wheel itself is only part of the story; it must be fitted with a tyre which perfectly suits the new rim. Many aspects of tyre performance and application must be taken into account in order to achieve the desired improvement in the handling of the car.
