JuSyS refractory lining for waste incineration boilers-contribution on cost reduction

Operators of waste incineration plants have for many years been facing a social pressure aiming at stable or even decreasing charges. This dilemma will in future even be aggravated by the further internationalization and the "waste tourism" connected to it. In addition, the waste volume for German incineration plants is considerably decreasing, as cement plants increasingly use high-energy waste as a substitute for primary energy sources, whereas disposal sites make full use of their capacities before their statutory closing-down. The paper shows how a direct cost reduction by using JuSyS refractory lining concepts can be achieved.
