摘要

Knowledge about the displacement of valve characteristics by constant dampers makes it possible to conclude that even internal valve geometries, such as inlet ducts, seat ring ducts and other flow-affected pans lead to the distortion of the valvecharacteristics. The influence of the flow geometry in the valve and of the constant damper resulting from this must be identified in the design and layout of new control valves. Because flow tests are not performed for a complete design series, amathematical computer model has been produced to derive the disturbance factors identified from this and to take them into account geometrically in the damper system. The preliminary calculations and their compensation have been confirmed by flow tests.
