Knowledge management- capturing the skills of key performers in the power industry

The growing pressure to reduce the cost of electrical power in recent years has resulted in an enormous "train-drain" within the power industry. A novel approach has been developed by Eskom to capture these skills before they are lost and to in- corporate these into a computer-based programme called "Knowledge Management".
