It's not easy to strike a balance between raging bull and meek-as-a-mouse. But doing so is vital to your relationshipswith clients and co-workers. Are you assertive enough? Your management and communication style, to a great extent, determines the practice's atmosphere, your leadership success, and the type of people who work for you. Sound far-fetched? It's not. A dictatorial, aggressive manager may attract only fearful followers. A democratic, assertive manager may attract more independent people.
