STIMULATING AN INCREASE IN END RESULTS OF LABOR IN INDUSTRIAL COLLECTIVES

At the current stage of development in socialist economics, it is important to improve the distribution relationships which have an active effect on increasing collective and personal responsibility in the development of public production [1]. Analysis of existing systems of payment and material stimulation of labor collectives in the division shows that they basically orientate workers toward fulfillment and overfulfillment of quantitative indices but do not always stimulate ultimate production results; first of all, they do increase the qualitative indices of production. In accordance with a Resolution of the CC Council of Ministers of the USSR and the VTsSPS on improving othe organization of wages and the introduction of new wage scales and salary levels for workers in production divisions of the national economy there has been a significant expansion in the rights of enterprises with respect to the organization of wages and bonuses for workers. At the Donetsk Chemico-Metallurgical Plant a great deal of experience has been accumulated on bhow to improve worker stimulation.
