STI Sanoh India Ltd, is an Indo-Japanese joint venture company - formerly known as STI India Ltd and operational in India since 1986 - between Steel Tubes of India Group and Sanoh Industrial company, Japan. The company manufactures specialty double walled copper brazed steel tubes, single wall steel tubes and tubular components. Joint venture partners, Sanoh Industrial has 4 plants in Japan and operates globally through 30 plants in 17 countries. Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Sanyo are major stockholders in Sanoh Industrial company. STI Sanoh has their head office and main plant at Dewas near Indore in the state of MP. The company also operates satellite plants in Gurgaon, Noida and Chennai in India. Manufacturing operations of the company include basic tubing and tubular products for supplying to all the leading OEM's in automotive and refrigeration segment.
