At the NkAZ, a technological line has been developed and put into operation for production of AL4K, AL4D, and AL9X alloys in the form of T-shaped alloys, weighing 600 kg (Fig. 1). It includes the following: units to prepare charge materials, preparation of alloys, their accumulation, and casting; areas to store and maintain ingots, as well as installations for express production of alloys. The T-shape of the ingots makes it convenient to transport and maintain. In order to select the technological parameters to cast AL4K, AL4D, and AL9K alloys, determinations were made of their melting and crystallization points over cooling curves which have two critical points (areas): for the AL4K and AK4D , the upper area (863 K) corresponds to the onset of crystallization, while the lower area (847 K) corresponds to the passage of the melt to a solid phase, - the conclusion of the crystallization; for AL9K, the numbers would be 886 and 791, respectively.
