Foundation Fieldbus (FF) for China: Control valve experience with FF technology at major Chinese petrochemical plant

CSPC, a joint venture between the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and Shell, is one of the largest petrochemical projects launched in the word in recent years. When production started in Nanhai early in 2006, the project was the biggest installation utilizing Foundation Fieldbus technology in process control and field instrumentation.
