Iran Oil Show 2016 a resounding success!

The Iran Oil Show - the 21st International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition - was recently held at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground in Iran, between 5-8 May, 2016. Organized by the National Iranian Oil Company, the event provided the backdrop for around 1900 companies (900 from Iran and a further 880 from thirty-eight separate countries) to showcase their latest wares and achievements. Judging from initial reactions, it has proved to be an enormous success. Not surprisingly, since with economic sanctions against Iran being lifted since January 2016 and with the country sitting on top of 11% of the world's oil reserves and 18% of the world's gas reserves, attendees were out in force to open up business leads for now and in to the future.
