摘要

Results are presented of a study on the effects of NaCl treatments (50 and 100 mM) on the growth and physiological characteristics of soyabean genotype AGS 313 (salt-tolerant) at vegetative stage. Data on dry weights of aboveground parts, leaves and stems; leaf Na+, K+, sugar and starch contents; K+/Na+ ratio; photosynthetic and transpiration rates; stomatal conductance; Fv/Fm; and leaf water potential. The newly developed salt-tolerant genotype could maintain usual growth, K+ accumulation in plant tissues, photosynthetic activity and osmotic adjustment under 50 mM NaCl saline conditions at vegetative stage.
