Performance: Clean Air Power managing costs for better times ahead

UK - In spite of the recession, Clean Air Power Ltd headquartered in High Wycombe, UK, a developer of Dual-Fuel Combustion Technology for heavy duty diesel engines, reported revenues of GBP3.3m for the first six months of 2009, an increase of 14% over the first six months of 2008. It reported a gross profit of GBP 1.8m, an increase of 29% on GBP 1.4m in the first six months of 2008. The company, however, reported a loss after tax of GBP1.0m, which compared with a loss of GBP 1.3m in the same period last year.
