Benefits of investing in transportation infrastructure must be promoted more fully and be aligned closer with wider policy objectives, delegates to three political fringe meetings heard this autumn. The trios of events were hosted by CIHT and the Royal Town Planning Institute and took place alongside the three main political party conferences in Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow.
