Kramer Tree Specialists started more than 40 years ago as a residential tree care company with one employee. Over the years it has grown into a full-service residential and commercial tree care company that now employs over 70 staff across eight departments. Tree care operations training had always been done in the field on a trial-and-error basis with no specific program to follow. In addition to the in-field training in the past, specific training topics would often be covered with the entire staff on days off due to weather issues.
