摘要

In this paper a study of vacuum-based adhesion system using vacuum attachment suction cups, for a robot with vertical displacement is presented. Generally, the normal force and particularly, the detachment force, when vacuumed suction cups adheres on glass, polished aluminium and textolite surfaces, are measured and compared - dry and wet conditions (a water and detergent solution for window cleaning is used). Results are presented and discussed to show the feasibility of the chosen adhesion solution.
