摘要

The paper is a result of a research pointed to the replacement of the liquid fuel with natural gas in order to convert an aero-engine into a stationary one, designed for cogeneration. The concept of the combustion system is based on a dry lean-premixed process to minimize the pollutant emissions. The design of a new gas burner and the operation modes are discussed. The results of the numerical modeling indicate a good efficiency. A simplified experimental model of the burner was manufactured and the results of the first tests are also presented.
