In a world of globalisation it's easy to forget that some of our best 'imports' come from just across the Tasman Sea. For some years now our Kiwi friends have been sending us some great boats as well the occasional Melbourne Cup winner. Back in the 1980s I recall testing nicely finished boats like the Bonito. However, just recently I've had the pleasure to catch up with another Kiwi with a fishy name - the CSB Huntsman 5.5m Dorado. Built in the cool climate of Christchurch, South Island, this is a very impressive mid-size cab boat with plenty to like on the attention to finish and passenger comfort.
