If you ask Dan Manor to assess the ATMS sector, without any hesitation he'll tell you it's chaotic. With scores of new ideas and concepts entering the market at an unprecedented pace, even when one considers the exciting IT-based developments, EIS Traffic's CEO and president feels that just because certain technologies can be combined, it doesn't necessarily mean that they should be adopted. "Projects in this sector are challenging and multi-disciplinary and they can easily fail," Manor says.
