For those interested in Pleistocene deposits ofKansas, the comprehensive Kansas GeologicalSurvey (KGS) bulletin on the subject by JohnC. Frye and A. Bryon Leonard (1952) can berecommended, and a history of the subjectwas outlined in a paper by James S. Aber(1984). But much additional information canbe gained from the KGS county reports ofthose counties where the glaciers left a record.
