I noted in the President's Report of the Jan/Feb issue that Council has asked the Constitution and Rules Committee to draft a proposal to fix the position of Federal Treasurer in one Section (NSW presumably),but gives no reasons why this would be advantageous.If it is in the interests of efficiency,then presumably it would also be more efficient to fix the positions of Secretary and President also in NSW.
