LABC chief new CIC honorary treasurer

THE chief executive of the local authority building control association (LABC), Paul Everall, has been appointed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) as honorary treasurer, and will become a member of the executive board which forms the main and strategy vehicle of the council.
