AUSTRALIA: MZI Estimates Keysbrook Operating Costs at $Aus 422 per Tonne

In May 2014, the company issued an update, reflecting changes in forecast costs and product prices. The revised total capital cost of the project was estimated at $Aus 73.2 million. In addition, $Aus 10.7 million will be incurred in pre-production operating activities. These costs, whilst capitalised, are directly linked to revenue and as such count as working capital. Incremental and sustainable capital averages about $Aus 800,000 per annum over the life of the mine.
