CHINA: Henan Billions Inaugurates Its New 100,000 t.p.a. Chloride Pigment Plant

On 21 October 2014, Henan Billions Chemicals (formerly Henan Baililian) held a ceremony at its Jiaozuo-Zhongzhan complex (90 km northwest of Zhengzhou and 700 km southwest of Beijing) to mark the inauguration of its new 100,000 t.p.a. chloride-route T1O2 plant. The plant is currently undergoing commissioning trials and it is expected to commence full-scale production during Q1 2015.
