RIO TINTO: Increasing Signs That Excess Raw Material Inventories Are Falling

Commenting on RTIT's performance on 8 February 2017, Rio Tinto stated: "TiO2 slag production was 4% lower, as RTIT continues to optimise production to align output to demand and draw down remaining inventories. Three furnaces are currently idled, reflecting lower demand for high-grade TiO2 feedstocks."
