CHEMOURS: Prudent Actions to Drive Continued Improvements in Free Cashflow

Effective 1 July 2015, DuPont completed the spin-off of its Performance Chemicals business and shares in the new listed entity - Chemours Co. - began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). To mark the event on 29 June, Ms Ellen Kullman (Chairman & CEO of DuPont) rang the closing bell at the NYSE. She said: 'DuPont is proud to ring the closing bell on behalf of our employees, shareholders and all of our stakeholders, as we prepare to take a significant step forward in our transformation through the spin-off of Chemours.' Shares in DuPont are traded under the ticker-code DD, while shares in Chemours Co. are traded under the ticker-code CC.
