TIA, RMA join in tire repair bill: Associations partner in proposing 'model' law for repair procedures

WASHINGTON—Representatives of the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) and the Tire Industry Association (TIA) say they are working together to devise a model bill setting forth proper tire repair procedures.
