BHP Billiton Chairman Don Argus announced December 8 that senior executives Marius Kloppers (Age: 43) and Chris Lynch (51) would join the BHP Billiton Board effective January 1, 2006. Commenting the assignment, the Chairman said, "Both appointments will strengthen the depth and experience on the Board. The appointments are consistent with our ongoing program of Board renewal."
