This meeting, which focuses on Theriogenology, contains 8 opening sessions and 8 special abstracts, all written in English, on a variety of topics. Topics include relationship between testicular measurements using calipers or ultrasonography with testicular weight in alpacas, quantifiable biochemical marker for cold shock damage to porcine serum, effect of cryopreservation medium on equine testicular cells, separation of motile sperm from red blood cells, effect of follicular fluid on the developmental competance of dromedary, and recovery techniques. Other topics include post-thaw quality of canine semen, vital fluorescent staining to identify apoptosis of bovine oocytes, and cryocapacitation.
