Eramet / France Maintained Favorable Tone Of Business Results For First Half 2006

Eramet of France released recently their settlement of accounts for the first half (January - June) of 2006. According to this report, the financial results for the first half of 2006 were turnover of Euro 1,514 million (compared with Euro 1,399 million for the same period of 2005), operating income of Euro 260 million (compared to Euro 342 million for the same period of 2005) and net income of Euro 121 million (compared with Euro 196 million for the same period of 2005). The detailed figures of financial results for the first half of 2006 were as per the table attached hereto.
