OEC Graphics, Oshkosh, Wis., has opened OEC Graphics-West Coast, a 12,500-sq-ft, free-standing prepress manufacturing and sales facility in Union City, Calif. Positioned east of the San Francisco Bay, OEC Graphics-West Coast is strategically located to service converter and consumer product company customers west of the Rockies.
