Cascades Nears Safety Settlement

Cascades Boxboard Group is nearing a settlement with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regarding $320,500 in assessed fines, while also making physical improvements to its Versailles paper mill in Sprague, Conn., the Norwich Bulletin reports.
