CNOOC and WorleyParsons Sign Contract on Huizhou Oil Refining Project

On Aug.25,2005 CNOOC and WorleyParsons,an engineering and construction company of Australia,held a ceremony for the signing of the contract on the joint execution of Huizhou refining project.The project was approved by the State Council on July 22,2004.The target capacity is 12.0 million t/a.The project site is Huizhou,Guangdong in the south of China.
