摘要

A procedure of the identification of correlation-spectral characteristics of long-wavelength inhomogeneities in amorphous metallic materials (AMM) is considered that is based on the simulation of spectral density of electron-optical images of AMMs by appropriate analytic expressions. Results of the investigations of the dynamics of correlation-spectral characteristics of inhomogeneities in AMMs upon radiation and thermal treatments are given. It is shown that not only the parameters but even the analytic form of spectral densities (correlation functions) of long-wavelength inhomogeneities change in AMMs subjected to these treatments.
