The present invention relates to a complex amorphous metallic material comprising a matrix amorphous phase forming matrix; and one or more dispersed amorphous phase which is placed in the matrix and has a different composition. The amorphous metallic material forming the matrix amorphous phase and the amorphous metallic material forming the dispersed amorphous phase have the common a super-cooled liquid region. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing the complex amorphous metallic material includes: a step of preparing and mixing at least two kinds of amorphous metallic material powders having the common super-cooled liquid region; and a step of forming the mixed amorphous metallic material powders at the temperature of the common super-cooled liquid region. The complex amorphous metallic material of the present invention can provide softness for the amorphous metallic material by interrupting frequency of shear band when the amorphous metallic material is deformed by having a micro-structure in which at least two amorphous phases are mixed on a stable and dense interface and maintain excellent strength by being formed of only amorphous phase.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
