First Chinese-Funded Refinery in Mongolia

Zuunbayan Oil Company Refinery,the first Chinese-funded refinery in the history of Mongolia,was launched in Beijing on Sept.7.The project is jointly funded by CSEIC Fuel Trade Co.,Ltd.,Heilongjiang Huafu Industrial Co.,Ltd.and Beijing Jingdeshun Materials Co.,Ltd.with a total investment of USUS200 million.Production is planned to start at the end of 2007.After the completion of the project the capacity of oil products will be 1.0 million t/a.
