Luoyang Municipal Government of henan Province has recently held a meeting for petrochemical follow-up processing projects in Luoyang Petrochemical Co. Ltd. It is pointed out the meeting that government and enterprises should seize the golden opportunity and join hands to construct Luoyang Petrochemical and Chemical Fiber Base.
