Bovine tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic bacterial disease of cattle caused by Mycobacterium bovis, which causes considerable economic loss in many parts of the world. Transmission of bovine TB from cattle to humans is also a public health concern in many countries. Therefore, finding efficient diagnostic methods is very important to control and eliminate bovine TB.
