PCPC: Trade Agreements Will Further International Harmonization

The Personal Care Products Council says that two international free-trade agreements under consideration would help break down barriers and align global cosmetics regulations. The Transpacific Partnership and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership both are slated to include provisions specific to cosmetics, and PCPC is optimistic that they will facilitate global trade.
