Modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to Implement the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement.

Pursuant to the letter of request from the United States Trade Representative of December 12, 2011, set forth in the Appendix hereto, and pursuant to section 1207(a) of the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act, the Commission is publishing the following modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) to implement the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement, as approved in the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act.
