Chattem reported substantially higher sales growth in its latest quarter from brands it acquired in 2006 than from products developed in-house,but looks to boost the latter's contribution with the launch of nine line extensions in early 2008.During the firm's fiscal 2007 second-quarter earnings call on July 10,CEO Zan Guerry said Chattem will unveil its new products at its national sales meeting in early August and begin shipping them in early 2008.
